groceriesAn alkaline diet can be a helpful protector against illness and disease. Why? Due to modern lifestyles, our bodies tend to veer toward improper pH balance. What this means is that we are living in an overly acidic state. Physicians have recognized for decades that an acid-alkaline imbalance is linked to disease and a lack of good health in general.
